We collect one night stay as a deposit. Final balance is automatically collected before arrival. Details of your site number and bathroom door codes are emailed the day before. Feel free to go straight to your spot upon arrival. You can always stop in our office for questions or if you need assistance parking.

1. We are pet friendly but cannot have Pitbulls, German Shepherds, Akitas, Boxers, Dobermans, Rotweilers as per our insurance policy. 2. Please do not drive on grass or put stakes in the ground. Leadville is NE 2.5 hours from Denver International Airport Our address is 135 W 2nd St, Leadville CO 80461 From Denver, take 70W to 91S. (Exit 195). 91S will take you to downtown Leadville, Harrison Street.

What is the cancellation policy for an RV Site?
